?I chose Friday?s because the weekends are the normal backslide times. A meeting once a week can be what is needed to change behaviors, bring motivation, and create accountability. I know, I need a group to help me reach higher levels, and that is why I started this meeting, so we can make the consistent changes together.? ? JB Glossinger

The focus on this meeting is developing positive and consistent behaviors. Every 1st and 2nd Friday of every month you will join JB Glossinger in the MorningCoach.com meeting room to go over ideas and tips that will help you stay on track with your life goals and dreams. There will be interaction, and the ability to create lasting relationships.

This meeting will also deal with accountability with negative habits, such as wanting to quit smoking or drinking, staying on the proper nutrition and exercise plan, or meeting any challenge that you are facing.
