Citigroup yesterday priced a $510.1 million CLO for 3i Debt Management, according to sources.
The transaction is structured as follows:
The 12-year deal has a roughly four-year reinvestment period. Sources note it will refinance the Fraser Sullivan 5 CLO, a 2011-vintage deal.
Including 3i?s deal, CLO issuance in the year to date rises to $10.07 billion, according to LCD. ??Kerry Kantin
