(Dover, DE) ? The Los Angeles Dodgers will have to negotiate their bankruptcy financing plan through Major League Baseball. A U.S. bankruptcy judge has ruled against the use of a 150-million-dollar loan secured by team owner Frank McCourt through an outside source. McCourt was looking to avoid using a more favorable MLB financing plan, saying the league is intent on ousting him as owner of the Dodgers. McCourt has been at odds with MLB Commissioner Bud Selg , who stepped in to have the league take control of the financially-troubled club?s operations in April. The Dodgers filed for bankruptcy protection last month.
