Itty bitty bug with hash tags

When someone posts a hash tag (#derp) in the chat and someone clicks that hash tag through the chat the search result page that loads is loaded /inside/ the section of the page normally containing the chat, where you can then navigate the site at will and even open a new chat... click the hash tag again... and... get a chat within a chat within a chat.

Basically, the solution to this is incredibly simple. Just have the hashtag results open in a new tab instead of trying to load on the current page. (Or at least I'm assuming it's that simple.) The bug does not truly impact the site any harder than say forcing someone to reload the chat, but I figure Rem wants his hash tags to work 'properly', as I somehow doubt he intended this little 'feature'.
